At Carne Bollente, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if not, you have 14 days from the delivery date to return your items for a refund or exchange. Please ensure that all garments are returned in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Place the items in their original packaging and include the printed return slip inside the box to ensure faster processing.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at the nearest authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
